The first 30 minutes of Evolution, the first-ever all-women’s pay-per-view event from World Wrestling Entertainment, will be simulcast on Twitter starting at 7 p.m. ET Sunday (Oct. 28).
WWE said Sunday’s livestream will mark the first time a WWE Network special will be simulcast on the social network.
The social network also created three custom hashtag-triggered emojis for the event, which will be added to tweets that include #WWEEvolution, #RondaRousey or #NikkiBella.
Evolution will feature women’s championship matches from Monday Night Raw, SmackDown Live, NXT and NXT U.K., as well as the finals of all-women’s tournament the Mae Young Classic 2018.
It will be held at NYCB LIVE in Uniondale, N.Y., home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and it will livestream on WWE Network and air via PPV.
Twitter will also be home to a mini-marathon livestream starting Saturday at 3 p.m. ET, made up of female-focused content including Road to Evolution, WWE 24, Ride Along and the Mae Young Classic.
